Meet Adam!

Adam is one of our awesome members. He says, "what I like most about working out is the stress relief." Shoulders and back days are his absolute faves and he loves listening to rock while at the gym. When he's not at the gym, he's studying for his first year at Towson University! Go Adam!

Jamore

Jamoré is the Fitness Manager at Glover Park. Earlier in life, he was overweight and struggled with comparing himself to "perfect people." Jamoré believes that "training is about more than just being physically fit. It's about acceptance, mental stability, and connection with self." When he started personal training, he wanted to provide support and guidance to "imperfect people" who were striving towards their goals. His clients say that Jamoré pushes them physically, encourage them mentally, and laugh with them constantly. We're happy you're on the team, Jamoré! Keep being awesome. Starr is someone who has experienced the loss of both parents, survived domestic abuse, and took a chance on herself to improve her health which in turn changed her life! She now uses her voice and time to train and help members find ways to love themselves. When she's not training her clients, she's performing in fitness competitions!
